Choose Your Timeframe
We offer a simple hourly rental rate, allowing you to select the spaces you need for the time that best suits your event. This flexibility ensures you only pay for the time you use.

To craft your perfect celebration, we offer a selection of optional à la carte enhancements and a list of our trusted preferred vendors designed to give your event a wonderful head start, along with full-service wedding and event planning options for truly effortless experience.
Offering a 'blank canvas' approach, The Hill provides a beautiful and versatile space for creating a truly personalized celebration. You have the flexibility to choose your own vendors for catering, décor, and other services, and our staff will be on hand to assist with venue setup and cleanup. This combination of freedom and support allows you to design every detail to your exact specifications, ensuring your event reflects your unique style and preferences.

Mansion & Gardens
Comfortably accommodating at total of up to 75 guests. Enjoy exclusive access to the entire venue and spread out between indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy our expansive two-level gardens featuring a unique built-in dark wood arch, bistro lighting, and a spacious cocktail patio that can also transform into a captivating stage. As a complimentary amenity, you'll also have use of our Wedding & Event Lounge.
Garden Room
Bathed in natural light, this indoor space offers a bright and airy ambiance, creating a refreshing setting for your event. Large bay windows frame views of the surrounding gardens, inviting the beauty of the outdoors in. With a capacity for up to 60 guests, it's the perfect room to host a cocktail reception, intimate dinner, or special milestone celebration.
Fireside Room
For more intimate gatherings, our Fireside Room offers a setting of cozy refinement, where guests can enjoy charming views of the gardens and a welcoming "at-home" ambiance. Originally the grand living and dining room of this historic estate, this room comfortably accommodates up to 40 guests.
*To lovingly preserve our historic venue, the maximum capacity for any event will not exceed 75 persons.
